sco_net_v1
Section titled “sco_net_v1”Source: sco_net.h, implementation, layout pin.
Publication also exposes sco.net capability. No active session is different
from no service: registrations work offline, is_active/self_peer return 0,
get_peers succeeds with zero peers, sends return UNAVAILABLE. No plugin method
opens/joins/leaves a session. Session-scoped peer IDs are opaque; host ID is 1.
Channel name at most 64 bytes, under own plugin id; 32 channels/plugin. Payload
max is 1,200 unreliable or 262,144 reliable bytes. Defaults: 256 messages and
524,288 bytes/plugin/second, product-adjustable; quota overflow drops send.
Reliable channel ordering/delivery semantics apply to an established session,
not a guarantee that queued sends survive disconnection or unload. Messages are
not encrypted: do not send secrets. See network messages.
